AGREEMENT FOR VENDOR SERVICES

This Agreement for Vendor Services (the "Agreement"), effective is by and between the Tampa - National Pan Hellenic Council ("Tampa NPHC") located at P.O. Box 75555, Tampa, FL 33675 and

, (the "Company").

WHEREAS, the Tampa - National Pan Hellenic Council, Inc. finds that the Company is willing to perform certain work hereinafter described in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Tampa - National Pan Hellenic Council, Inc. finds that the Company is qualified to perform the work, all relevant factors considered, and that such performance will be in furtherance of Client's business.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and intending to be legally bound, the parties hereto agree as follows:

SERVICES

1. Services to Tampa - National Pan Hellenic Council. The Company shall provide the  following ("Services") to Client: Vendor Greek, other forms of paraphernalia, food, art,  jewelry and/or other clothing for the duration of the event proposed above. 

PAYMENT TERMS

2. Payment for Services. The Company will provide a payment as follows:  Accompany a $55.00 deposit and proof of Vendors insurance to Tampa - National Pan Hellenic Council electronically at the completion of the Vendor Contract, via CashApp to $nphctampatreasurer, or by certified check mailed to P.O. Box 75555, Tampa, FL 33675.

In the event that the Tampa NPHC Greek Games has been cancelled due to weather or cancellation of event, The  Company will be refunded 100% of the vendor fee. In the event that The Company cancels after paying the vendor fee, no refund will be issued and the vendor fee will be  considered as a donation to the Tampa NPHC.

STANDARD OF CARE

The Company warrants that it services shall be performed by personnel possessing competency consistent with applicable vendor standards. No other representation, express or implied, and no warranty or guarantee are included or intended in this Agreement, or in any report, opinion, deliverable, work product, document or otherwise. 

DAY OF EVENT

The Tampa- NPHC Greek Games will be on Saturday, April 5th, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to  6:00 p.m. Vendor set-up begins at 10:00 am day of event. The Company is responsible for sole set-up and break down of services as well as clean up of surrounding areas. Tampa NPHC will not provide assistance regarding set-up/break down, table, electricity, covering, security, etc.
